Getting Started
Four ways into iBD. They build on each other.
The library you are reading right now is free. Every milestone, every concept, every podcast episode. An owner can read this site, take the free Ownership Assessment, and start working their own way out of the operator seat without ever paying iBD a dollar.
The four pages below describe what happens if you want help installing it.
Here is how the four programs fit together:
The four paths
| Path | What it is | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Ownership Assessment | The free self-scoring instrument. 27 milestones across nine modules. Outputs your Velocity Score™ and the four core iBD tools as PDFs. The front door for every iBD path. | Free |
| 90-Day Boardroom Blueprint™ | Three months. You install Phase 1 of the iBD Ownership OS™. Owner’s Scorecard. Three-statement financial model. Five-year forecast. Quarterly Boardroom Rhythm. | $15,000 (3 × $5,000) |
| The Boardroom | The ongoing membership for Blueprint graduates. Monday Open Office Hours. Tuesday Guided Trainings. Quarterly Workshops. Annual Summit. The iBD AI Vault. The room of owner-operators running the same OS. | $2,500 / month |
| 1:1 Ownership Coaching | The Boardroom plus a dedicated Ownership Coach who has lived the cycle. Monthly 1:1, quarterly Virtual Board Meetings, annual budgeting, on-demand access. | $5,000 / month |
The order
Take the Assessment first. It is free and it is the only thing on this list that does not assume you have already done it.
Once you have your Velocity Score and your top constraint, the Blueprint is where the system gets installed. Three modules of the OS, plus your financial model and valuation, plus six structured calls across the ninety days. Every owner who eventually joins the Boardroom or Coaching tier came through the Blueprint first. There is no other path in.
At Day 90 of the Blueprint you decide what comes next. Leave with everything you built ($0). Join the Boardroom ($2,500 / month). Join the Coaching tier ($5,000 / month). The continuation tiers are for owners who want help compounding the work.
Start here
If you have not taken the Ownership Assessment yet, start there. It takes about an hour of honest work. You leave knowing exactly where you are, what to work on next, and whether iBD is the right room for you.
